Join me in making 2010 a Record Breaking Personal Best!

Hi I’m Jay and welcome to my Personal Journey in Achieving the Best Shape of my Life. Each month I will update this Blog with a Summary of what is working for me.

This year I turn 41 years old and I live a pretty healthy Lifestyle but in 2010 I’m more driven to achieve lifelong goals I’ve had since I was a young boy growing up in Germany, than ever before. This Journey will document my efforts with a Post each month that will outline what works for me, personal favorites, hurdles I’ve encountered and how I adapted to them and overcame them.

This is a Pre-2010 Blog because as I write this, it is but 5 days before Christmas in 2009. Let me share my Current Training Schedule, Diet, Favorites & Philosophy this past 2010.

Current Training Schedule:

Day 1  -  Cardio – Biceps – Triceps – Forearms – Cardio – Abs – Stretching

Day 2 – Off    ( Far Infrared Sauna Sweat-down & Calorie Burn in evening )

Day 3 – Cardio – Chest – Back – Shoulders – Traps – Cardio – Abs – Stretching

Day 4 – Off  ( Far Infrared Sauna Sweat-down & Calorie Burn in evening )

Day 5 – Cardio – Quads – Hamstrings – Calves – Cardio – Abs – Stretching

Day 6 – Off  ( Far Infrared Saunas Sweat-down & Calorie Burn in evening )

Day 7 – Alternating Sports Day ( ie: Hockey, Skiing, Swimming, Soccer etc.. )

Diet:

* 6 Small Meals a day consisting of Protein, Carbs & Essential Fats

* 8 Glasses of High Alkaline Ionized Water throughout the day

* One Crushed Clove of Garlic after Supper

* 2 Glasses of High Alkaline Ionized Water with Chlorophyl

Favorites:

~ My iPhone filled with some very motivating music for the Workout

~ My MBT Training Shoes – truly works my legs as a whole during strolls

~ The Companionship in the gym with my mates and their constant encouragement
